Flybe unveils summer schedule
December 3, 2008Flybe has unveiled its 2009 summer schedule, which includes the introduction of new services to Jersey.
The British airline, which is based at Exeter International Airport, published details of 181 routes that it suggested emphasised its dedication "to providing affordable travel from convenient local bases".
The schedule, which is currently available for booking, incorporates new flights to Jersey from Inverness, Dundee and Manston, as well as increased frequency on services from Birmingham, Doncaster, Cardiff, Exeter and Newcastle.
Mike Rutter, Flybe's chief commercial officer, suggested that this itinerary will "strengthen" the company's operations across the UK.
He said: "Over the last twelve months we have continued to grow and develop Flybe to provide the most cost-effective, efficient and flexible service for business and leisure passengers."
Eligible for travel from March 29 to September 7, the flight schedule also features key routes from Southampton to Bergerac, Brest-Brittany, La Rochelle, Nice and Perpignan.
