Seven new Ryanair routes from Liverpool
October 28, 2008Ryanair is to launch seven new routes from Liverpool John Lennon Airport (JLA).
The low-cost carrier will launch six of the routes this week: to Gdansk and Szczecin in Poland, Knock in Ireland, Faro in Portugal and Fuerteventura and Tenerife.
On November 3 this year the seventh route to Paris Beauvais will officially depart from JLA.
Neil Pakey, deputy chief executive of Peel Airports Group, said that many of the routes will appeal to many holidaymakers who are after a bit of winter sunshine. He commented: "We're pleased to announce the seven new routes from JLA with Ryanair to a great range of destinations which will no doubt appeal to many passengers throughout the north-west."
