Holidays4u to fly from Doncaster to Dalaman
October 2, 2008
Holidays4u (website: www.h4u.co.uk) is to begin flying to Dalaman from Robin Hood Airport next summer.
The independent tour operator will launch weekly charter flights from the Doncaster airport to the Turkish hotspot in July 2009, local newspaper The Star reported.
Passengers will be able to fly out from Robin Hood between July 16 and September 17.
The airport is pleased that Holidays4u is to launch the new route and believes it will prove to be very successful
Aviation sales director Nick Smillie told The Star that the route is a reflection of the airport's abilities as a service provider.
He also noted that it would be beneficial for many holidaymakers.
Mr Smillie said: "It is a major success for us as a service provider that we have attracted a brand new tour operator to Doncaster Sheffield Airport and significant that we now supply greater capacity for the six million people who live within an hour of the airport to get to Turkey for their summer holidays."
