Flybe expands summer 2009 route network
October 8, 2008
Flybe has unveiled several additions to its summer 2009 timetable.
The low-cost carrier is to open up new connections between Southampton Airport and the Adriatic resorts of Split and Dubrovnik.
It will also boost frequencies on its route from London Gatwick to the Isle of Man, raising the number of weekly flights to 50.
Saturday services to Split start from just £53.99 one-way, while single Dubrovnik flights operated on Sunday are available from £59.99. Both fares include all taxes and charges.
The extra Isle of Man flights can also be booked now via Flybe's official website, for travel between March 29 and September 7.
Commenting on the additions, Flybe chief commercial officer Mike Rutter said: "Our summer timetable sees us continuing to listen to our Isle of Man customers by providing them with the convenience and flexibility of regional travel to the capital."
He added: "Over the last 12 months we have continued to grow and develop the airline to provide the most cost-effective, efficient and flexible service for passengers."
