Bmibaby launches new Polish services
Bmibaby has officially launched new services from Cardiff and East Midlands to the Polish capital, Warsaw, with the first flights taking off yesterday (February 10) and today.
The airline is offering three scheduled flights every week on the Cardiff to Warsaw route, with departures on Monday, Wednesday and Sunday during the winter and on Monday, Friday and Sunday as part of its summer timetable.
There are currently four weekly flights between East Midlands and Warsaw, departing on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday throughout the year.
Fares are available from £21.99 one-way, including taxes and charges, with bmibaby managing director Crawford Rix claiming the new route from Cardiff was already attracting passenger interest.
"bmibaby's new three times a week service from Cardiff to Warsaw is proving popular with the large Polish community in Wales and to those looking for an exciting city break," he said.
A further route, linking Birmingham to Warsaw three-times weekly, has also been put on sale, with flights due to commence on May 27.
Tomorrow (February 12) also sees the start of new services, operated by bmibaby, to the Polish city of Krakow from Cardiff, Birmingham and East Midlands.

I would like to thank bmibaby for being among the first airlines to drop the "from" marketing for prices. The travel industry is losing the trust of its customers with misleading advertising and bmibaby are setting a good example replacing the word "from" with "at" on its latest offer.
