Dedicated ski website from Flyglobespan
Low-cost airline Flyglobespan has created a dedicated ski website where customers can book flights, accommodation, car rental and ski hire.
The site, www.flyglobespan.com/ski, is offering flights from Glasgow and Edinburgh to destinations such as Geneva, Grenoble, Andorra (Barcelona) and Sierra Nevada (Malaga), from as little as £27.95 one-way, including taxes and charges.
Passengers then have the option of adding accommodation at hotels such as the Courcheval Olympic in Courcheval and Le Mottaret in Meribel, or at self-catering chalets such as Les Chalets de L'Adonis in Les Menuires and Residence Eurogroup Le Grand Panorama in St Gervais.
A simple booking engine allows customers to choose their home airport, the destination they wish to fly to, and a choice of hotels in their selected resort. There are also hotel specifications that include photos and a breakdown of what holidaymakers can expect.
Other extras that can be booked online include airport parking, transfers, additional baggage and travel insurance.
