March 7, 2007
All-business class airline MAXjet this week reduced the price of its flights from London to Las Vegas, and will soon increase the frequency of the route.
Return flights from London Stansted to America's playground will now cost from £380 one way, compared to the previous lowest price of just under £500.
In addition, the airline will begin flying on Saturdays starting March 31, bringing the number of weekly flights on the route to three. Other departures leave on Mondays and Thursdays.
The new flight departs Stansted at 11am, reaching Las Vegas at 2.30pm. On the way back, it takes off from the Nevada city at 7.30pm and arrives back in London at 1.30pm the next day.
MAXjet is also currently offering a sale on flights from London to its other US destinations: New York and Washington, D.C.
For bookings made by March 12 one-way fares will cost £299 (based on a return trip and subject to availability) and are valid for travel until September 15.
