SN Brussels has best cabin staff in Europe
If you're looking for great service from cabin staff on European flights, SN Brussels could be your best bet.
The airline has won the award for Best Cabin Staff for a European airline in the World Airline Awards, which are organised by audit company Skytrax.
Airlines were judged on 16 criteria ranging from assistance to passengers and the ability to speak different languages, to staff grooming and safety procedure application.
PGA Portugalia was runner-up in the European airline category, ahead of Luxair in third place. Thai Airways took the prize for Best Cabin Staff of any airline around the world.
Luc Casier, vice president of in-flight services at SN Brussels, said the award was the result of "hard work and endless effort" on the part of cabin crews.
"We are very pleased with this important award because we know how high our passengers rate our service," he said.
SN Brussels recently introduced cabin improvements on flights from Europe to Africa, with new seat designs offering more legroom in economy class.
The Belgian airline offers flights to Brussels from Heathrow, Gatwick, Bristol, Birmingham, Manchester and Newcastle.
