Extra flight on Stansted to Cologne route
Germanwings has said it will be adding an additional flight to its daily service between Stansted and Cologne/Bonn.
The extra flight will come into operation from October 31, adding to the existing two daily flights the airline provides between the two airports.
The additional flight will be available on Monday mornings, departing Stansted at 11.00am and arriving at Cologne/Bonn at 1.20pm.
From Tuesday to Friday the flight will operate in the afternoon, leaving Stansted at 4.45pm and getting in to Cologne/Bonn at 6.55pm.
The current flight times for the service provide passengers with the option to head across to Cologne/Bonn early in the morning at 7.50am, or on an evening service that departs Stansted at 8.25pm, arriving in Germany at 10.35pm.
