MyTravelLite breaks punctuality records

MyTravelLite broke its punctuality records during the last week of July, with all of its flights leaving on time.

The Birmingham-based budget airline has a good reputation for timekeeping and was the most punctual airline flying from Birmingham International Airport in June, when 85 per cent of its flights left on time.

The news will be welcomed by passengers, as it means less hanging around at the airport, especially as it comes during the height of the holiday season.

MyTravelLite offers cheap flight deals from Birmingham to a number of popular Spanish and Portuguese holiday destinations.

Passengers can fly to Alicante, Almeria, Malaga and Murcia in southern Spain, as well as to island beach destinations including Ibiza, Gran Canaria, Lanzarote and Palma de Mallorca.

In addition, the airline also flies to the Portuguese city of Faro, ideal for holiday resorts in the Algarve.

Flying from Birmingham makes MyTravelLite's services accessible to travellers across the UK, as the airport is well connected to all regions by flights, road and rail services.

Prices for MyTravelLite flights from Birmingham start from £29 one-way to Palma, £34 one-way to Malaga and Murcia and £63 one-way to destinations in the Canary Islands.

Alternatively, passengers can fly from Birmingham to Alicante, Almeria, Faro, Malaga, Murcia and Palma with no-frills airline Flybe.
