Excel Airways announces more routes from Humberside
September 8, 2005Excel Airways has today announced that it will fly to four new destinations from Humberside Airport next summer.
During July and August next year, it will offer flights to the popular Canary Islands' resorts of Gran Canaria and Fuerteventura.
It will also offer flights to the Greek Islands of Zakynthos (Zante) and Corfu.
The announcement brings the number of destinations offered by the airline from Humberside to 13.
Last month, the airline announced that it will fly to nine new Mediterranean holiday destinations from Humberside next summer, including Lanzarote, Majorca and Tenerife in Spain and Rhodes and Paphos in Greece.
Return flights from Humberside with Excel next summer start from £104.
Alternatively, low-cost airline Thomsonfly is launching new twice-weekly flights from nearby Robin Hood airport to Gran Canaria next month.
It also flies twice a week from Nottingham East Midlands to Fuerteventura and once a week to Zakynthos.
