Flybe unveils second phase of summer timetable
September 10, 2009Domestic carrier Flybe has unveiled the second phase of its summer 2010 flight programme, releasing more than 300,000 low-cost seats.
One-way fares start from just £29.99, including taxes, with several popular French destinations featuring alongside Flybe's standard UK routes.
Bookings for flights between March 28 and June 30 are now being taken online.
The Channel Islands will feature heavily in Flybe's network, with the timetables for Guernsey and Jersey including links to Birmingham and Exeter among others.
Elsewhere, Southampton Airport will benefit from extensive connections with France, including flights to Avignon, Brest, Bergerac, La Rochelle, Limoges and Rennes.
"With people still very conscious of the need to manage their travel budgets, it makes sense to start planning for next year's holiday now," noted Flybe spokesman Mike Rutter.
The chief commercial officer added: "As this early selection of seats feature some of our most popular leisure and business destinations we’d urge travellers to book early so they don’t miss out on the most affordable bargain flights for next summer."
Flybe announced details of the first phase of its summer 2010 schedule last month, unveiling direct services to several popular sun routes from its UK bases.
