bmibaby: summer flights from £9.99 one-way with taxes
July 3, 2009Book by Tuesday, July 14: bmibaby, bmi's regional offshoot, is offering flights from £9.99 one-way including taxes. Travel throughout the peak summer season, until October 24.
The £9.99 one-way flights are available on the following routes: Manchester to Belfast, Ireland West Knock, Newquay or Cork.
East Midlands to Belfast, Edinburgh and Glasgow.
Cardiff to Belfast, Edinburgh and Jersey.
Birmingham to Belfast, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Newquay and Ireland West Knock.
Slightly further afield, flights from Manchester to Amsterdam, Barcelona and Perpignan cost from £19.99 one-way including taxes.
Paris, Mahon (the capital of Menorca), and Nice are within reach from East Midlands Airport, from £19.99.
Cardiff to Barcelona or Faro also cost from £19.99 one-way with taxes.
Flyers from Birmingham Airport have a great choice of flights from £19.99 one-way including taxes - Amsterdam, Barcelona, Faro, Nice, Prague, Malaga or Palma.
For a shade under £25, flyers from Manchester can pick up flights to Malaga and Palma.
Factor in the cost of paying by debit and credit card. Processing fees are £2.75 per passenger per each-way flight for debit cards, and using a credit card will add on £3.75 per passenger per one-way flight. The way around these fees is to use a Visa Electron card.
