Ever feel like you’re constantly having to pay extras when flying with a low cost airline? First it was the refreshments, and then they started charging for checked-in luggage, now some airlines even charge you for using a credit card. What’s next? Will they start charging us for looking out the window or using the loo perhaps?

This also applies to some "Full service" airlines such as BMI. Having made several trips from London to Dublin with them I am surprised that I have to pay extra for any food or drink. I also make regular trips to Amsterdam with either KLM or VLM which is the same distance and all refreshments with them are complimentary.
