More flights to the Isle of Man from Flybe
February 7, 2008Flybe is to increase the frequency of flights it offers to the Isle of Man from both Manchester and Liverpool in time for the summer holiday season.
The extra flights will raise the frequency to Manchester to five a day, and Liverpool to four a day, with one-way ticket prices starting at £18.99 which can be booked now for travel from April 4.
Mike Rutter, chief commercial officer at Flybe, said: "We’ve been bowled over by the success of our Manchester and Liverpool routes and in response to amazing demand, we are able to introduce extra frequency to these key cities. Our market share on the Manchester route is now an impressive 60 per cent, showing that Flybe understands fully the needs of Manx travellers."
Details of new flights (Monday to Friday):
Depart Isle of Man 2.05pm, arrive Manchester 2.50pm
Depart Manchester 3.15pm, arrive Isle of Man 4pm
Depart Isle of Man 10.45am, arrive Liverpool 11.20am
Depart Liverpool 11.45am, arrive Isle of Man 12.20pm
