New hotel shuttle bus for London City Airport
October 5, 2007A new hotel shuttle bus service will be introduced at London City Airport from next week.
Snowdrop Travel will begin ferrying passengers to various hotels in the Docklands area of the capital from Monday, October 8.
Services will operate every half an hour, between 6am and 10pm on weekdays, between 6am and 1pm on Saturdays, and between 12.30pm and 10pm on Sundays. The bus will call at the following hotels: Travelodge, Etap, Travel Inn, Ramada, Sunborn Yacht, Ibis, Novotel, Crown Plaza, Holiday Inn Express, Travel Inn Canary Wharf, Four Seasons, Marriott West India Quay, Radisson Edwardian and the Hilton.
Fares begin at just £1.
London City Airport is easily accessible from the centre of London, as it is linked to the London Underground by the Docklands Light Railway.
Airlines offering flights from the hub include VLM, Swiss European Air Lines, Luxair and BA CityFlyer.
