Online services launched by Jet2.com
February 16, 2007Low-cost airline Jet2.com has announced it will allow passengers to pick a seat in advance of departure and check-in online to save queuing up.
Its seat selection service is available on all flights and allows travellers to choose a seat, maybe so a family can sit together, which on selected flights is free to do so.
For example, seats on flights from Manchester to Paris or Leeds to Amsterdam can be reserved for free, however, on routes not covered by the free offer a charge of £2.50 per seat, per flight will apply.
Jet2.com passengers also have the option to check-in online, up to five hours before their flight’s departure, and this service is available for travellers departing UK airports or Amsterdam.
