easyJet's new routes from Newcastle and Bristol
November 27, 2006easyJet has announced new summer flights to Krakow and Menorca from Newcastle, and to Bordeaux from Bristol.
Beginning on April 1, the low-cost airline will fly four times weekly from Newcastle to Krakow in southern Poland. On July 14, a twice daily service will begin to Mahon, the capital of Menorca, bringing the total number of destinations offered by easyJet from Newcastle to 18.
The Bristol to Bordeaux route will begin in June, beginning as a three-times weekly service and later increasing to daily.
Tickets for the new routes will be available at easyJet's website from tomorrow (Tuesday, November 28).
The rest of the summer schedule – including flights from easyJet's London and European bases – will be released in the next few weeks.
In total, easyJet operates more than 200 routes around Europe. Other upcoming additions to the network include a daily link between Edinburgh and Munich, due to begin on April 4.
