A full English from Air Berlin
April 4, 2006Passengers travelling on morning flights with Air Berlin will be able to tuck into a full English breakfast when the airline rolls out a range of new menus.
A selection of gourmet meals will be on offer with different options available throughout the day, including tapas and Mediterranean-style prawns.
Angelika Schwaff, spokesperson for the airline, said: "At Air Berlin we believe everybody has a right to good service and top-class food. And that means we are fully committed to the English breakfast."
The gourmet dishes will be in addition to the standard menu, which will continue to be offered inclusive of the price of the flight, with for example the English breakfast costing €10 (approx. £7).
And hungry fliers will have plenty to get their teeth in to with the breakfast consisting of bacon and egg, fried mushrooms and potatoes, with fresh fruit, home-made yoghurt, ham, cheese, jam, croissant and rolls on the side.
