Boost to Pisa flights from Ryanair
March 28, 2006Low-cost airline Ryanair is extending its reach across Europe with the launch of six new routes from Pisa, in Italy.
The company is to begin a daily service from the Italian airport to both Valencia and Trapani on September 14, and on the same day start flying three times a week to Oslo and Friedrichshafen, in Germany.
On the following day Ryanair will begin four flights a week between Pisa and the UK’s Robin Hood Airport, near Doncaster, as well as linking up to Karlsruhe Baden
This expansion will result in an additional 200,000 passengers passing through the airport each year and brings the total number of routes operated by Ryanair at Pisa to 17.
